I accept the following insurance plans: Anthem/Empire, Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Magellan, Blue Shield, Medi-Cal through Anthem, HealthNet, United/Optum, Fidelis, Medicaid, Medicare.
I will also help you file sessions with your own insurance company if you have a different plan. Sliding scale available.
